NJSN’s transplant laboratory is a fully accredited facility performing histocompatibility testing of organ donors and recipients. HERA worked with NJSN to develop a programming and feasibility report based on growth projections. The report focused on ways a new lab could help streamline their processes, and recommended a path forward based on design, phasing, and budget.
