Science Facility

The new home of the biology and chemistry departments features a curved two-story glass wall at the entrance, leading into a two-story student commons area with open lounge spaces and rooms for collaboration and study.

The project includes 11 science labs, a lecture room, a computer lab and other facilities designed for innovative and collaborative learning. Labs include: intro biology, microbiology, anatomy & physiology, biotech, chemistry and organic chemistry as well as lab support such as tissue culture and instrumentation/PCR.

Nursing program areas include: simulation laboratories for newborn and birthing, pediatrics and nursing arts with an observation room.

Physics and engineering labs will remain in the existing Founders Hall.
