As CCC’s headquarters for health professions, the new 107,000-sf building hosts the most accredited and widest selection of programs to support the region’s booming science and healthcare industries. These include medical laboratory technology, medical assisting, nursing studies, nutrition science, paramedic science, pre-pharmacy, respiratory therapy, surgical technology, dental assisting/hygiene, dialysis technology, health information technology, addictions counseling, behavioral healthcare, massage therapy, veterinary technology and ophthalmic science, biology, biotechnology, chemistry, environmental science, and physics.

The LEED Silver building features: 16 basic sciences labs clustered around a central preparation area containing all required equipment; modern, technologically-enhanced laboratories for health sciences; a cell and tissue research center; a full dental clinic to serve the campus and the immediate community; and 30,000 square feet of general classrooms and technology-rich spaces such as a lecture hall with instant polling capabilities, an interactive arena classroom, and an atrium for public forums. A demonstration kitchen and a student-run café enhance the hospitality and nutrition science programs.
