Clay Stafford
Clay Stafford, a Principal at HERA, leads some of the firm’s most complex and technical projects. He has lectured to colleges, universities and associations on laboratory planning as well as the design process. As a master planner and programmer he brings a thorough understanding of the technical issues involved in highly complex laboratory environments and their support systems. A specialist in the Problem Seeking methodology, Clay works closely with project stakeholders and user groups to establish goals, evaluate needs, define the basis of the project and requirements to be met by a design solution.
When not planning laboratories, Clay can be found pursuing his passion for cycling.
